How to cancel Candy AI subscription, step by step
Cancelling is done from your account, in the browser, and it is quick. In our experience it was fast and free.
- Open Candy AI in your browser and sign in to the account you subscribed with.
- Open your account settings.
- Find the subscription section.
- Choose to cancel the subscription and confirm when asked.
- Return to the subscription page to check that renewal is off. If anything looks unclear, contact support.
Because no official app exists in the App Store or Google Play, no store subscription needs cancelling. If you added Candy AI to your home screen, that icon opens the same site and the same account settings.
What you keep after you cancel
Cancelling stops the next charge, not your access. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. For us, Premium and the token balance both lasted right up to the end date.

Candy AI refund: the 24-hour rule
A Candy AI refund is possible only in a narrow window. Under the terms from EverAI Limited (Malta), you can ask for your money back within 24 hours, and the request is refused if you spent more than 20 tokens.

Candy AI bills as EverAI, so an EverAI line on your card or crypto record is the charge you are looking for. If you cannot place it, compare the date and amount with your plan.
