The setup
The story opens in a London office where the boss's personal assistant keeps his schedule and her pride in order. Harriet, a grown woman on her first day, panics about whether she belongs among such polished colleagues.
The boss notices her at once, and a stumbling remark wins him over. He waves off the onboarding plan and offers a private tour, while his assistant clearly sees where this is heading.
The comedy comes from Harriet's nerves and the rivalry that appears almost at once. The assistant is clearly not going to let this go quietly, which gives later episodes their fuel.
