The recruits line up as Harlow arrives to take command. She demands eye contact, insists on answers when she asks questions, and singles out one nervous recruit for extra attention that looks a lot like punishment.

When he cannot finish his push-ups, she calls him pathetic and tells another recruit not to help. Her last move in episode 1 is an order: report to the training grounds at 1800, and do not be late. It is a power-play story built on orders, eye contact and a punishing schedule. The second episode takes the meeting itself, with someone else paying close attention. Harlow Russo is the lone credited name, an AI creation without any real performer behind the face. Everyone else is a fellow recruit. If bossy, uniform-flavored stories appeal, Yes Ma'am goes much longer, with 35 episodes.
