My Dad's Bride Wants Me First! packs a wedding week into five episodes of under two minutes, part of Candy Shorts. Margot Vey, a fictional Candy character, plays the bride, and no star twin is involved. The bride's plans put it at Red hot, 4 of 5 flames.
Episode 1 and 2 in a nutshell
The wedding is set for Saturday, and the groom has named his own son as best man. The son meets his future stepmother, Margot, who jokes about what to call her and then hands him a list of favors.
Her maid of honor is also in the picture, and everything has to happen out of the groom's earshot. By episode 2 the favors get more personal. Watch episode 1 now if you want to see how the dress scene plays. The ticking Saturday deadline gives each episode a clear sense of urgency, and the groom staying one room away raises it further.
Who is in it
Margot Vey is a fictional AI character, as are the others; none of them is the likeness of a real performer. The stepmother and the stepsister are adults tied to him by the marriage only. Another take on a mother-in-law temptation is Couples Therapy With Margot Vey. The bride's stepsister rounds out the household, and the groom stays offscreen like an obstacle to dodge.

Should you watch My Dad's Bride Wants Me First!?
The wedding-week countdown gives the short episodes a nice ticking clock, and Margot is written with plenty of swagger. A solid pick for a quick evening.
You will like it if anyone drawn to stepmom storylines and the secrecy of a house full of guests.
Pass if relatives-by-marriage plots are not your thing.
